Abhishek has over 14 years of experience working with start-ups, social enterprises and multinational corporations both in India as well as abroad. His roles have included establishing business units as well as restructuring business models for greater profitability and financial sustainability.
Prior to joining CSM and it’s Fairtrade India Project, worked as a consultant on various Fair Trade market linkages projects including heading Navdanya’s Organic and Fair Trade marketing division and was responsible for the development and execution of a sustainability strategy for the division.
Abhishek has held leadership positions in technology ventures and undertaken various assignments in the development and commercial sector.
Abhishek began his career as a business advisory consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, London. He received his Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Stephen’s College (Delhi University); and completed his Masters in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
