Dolan Chatterjee Information Officer Born in 1984, Dolan had her schooling at St. Josephs’ Convent, Chandannagar, a heritage town of French colonial legacy. Her interests included the Humanities, Science and English Literature and she even had a foray into the French language. After her schooling, she studied at Kolkata’s prestigious Presidency College. She had a First Class in her M.A. Being always attracted towards creative writing, she also took a course in ‘Journalism’ from Bhartiya Bidya Bhavan where she stood first on an All-India basis and was awarded the Chandrakanth Vohra Memorial Gold Medal. Following her M.A. and Diploma in Journalism, she worked at The Times of India, a premier media house in India and enjoyed her stint there covering ‘education’ before joining CSM. During her short stint as a Journalist, she was able to contribute nearly twenty signed articles to the Times of India. Dolan has been at CSM since January 2008 and supports the programme areas on climate change and corporate responsibility with a strong focus on youth mobilization in the Eastern region. |
